Account & Registration

Yes, registration at 98game is completely free. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly charges and no hidden costs. You only spend money when you voluntarily make a deposit. The registration form at 98game Register asks for your name, Pakistani mobile number, email and date of birth – and that's it. No payment details are required to create your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a territory where online gaming is permitted. 98game is a platform for adults only. No. Each person may hold exactly one 98game account. Go to the 98game login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address. A password reset link is sent to your inbox within a few minutes – check your spam folder if it doesn't appear. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. Click it and choose a new password. If you can't access your registered email, contact support for manual recovery.

Check your spam or junk mail folder first – verification emails occasionally land there with Pakistani email providers. If it's not there, log in and use the "Resend Verification Email" option in Account Settings. Still nothing after 5 minutes? Contact support via live chat or email with your registered address and support will verify your account manually.

You can request account closure by contacting 98game support at support@98game.biz. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance is returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Note that if the reason for closing is problem gambling, the self-exclusion tool is a more appropriate option and provides stronger protections.

Deposits

The minimum deposit at 98game is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallet transactions. For IBFT bank transfers and debit/credit card deposits the minimum is Rs 1,000. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion required.

98game supports the following PKR deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. There are no deposit fees on any of these methods. Visit the Deposit and Withdrawal page for full details.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your 98game account in real time under normal conditions. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are also typically instant. IBFT bank transfers can take between 1 and 4 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits usually credit within 5 to 10 minutes. If a deposit hasn't arrived after 2 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

98game does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your PKR balance. However, be aware that your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply their own service charges for outgoing transfers – this is outside 98game's control. Always check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their fees.

Standard 98game accounts have a daily maximum deposit limit of Rs 500,000. VIP account holders may have higher limits. You can also set your own personal deposit limits – daily, weekly or monthly – through the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings. These personal limits are a great tool for staying in control of your spending.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from 98game is Rs 1,000 for all available methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT bank transfer. There is no currency conversion – you receive exactly your PKR balance amount minus any applicable payment provider charges.

98game processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 hours for verified accounts during business hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically the fastest once processed. IBFT bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 banking days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests made on public holidays may take slightly longer. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support.

Identity verification (KYC) is a standard requirement for all online payment platforms, not just gaming sites. 98game requires a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and may ask for a selfie with the CNIC. This is a one-time process. Once your identity is verified, future withdrawals process without additional documents. Submit your documents through the Verification section in Account Settings for the fastest turnaround.

98game does not charge a fee for processing withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your payment account. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own incoming transfer fee – this varies by provider and is outside 98game's control. Check with your provider if you want to understand potential incoming charges on their end.

Withdrawals are typically rejected for one of these reasons: identity verification is incomplete, the withdrawal method does not match the deposit method (98game requires withdrawal to the same method used for depositing where possible), active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or an account security flag has been raised. Check the rejection notification in your account for the specific reason, or contact support for clarification and next steps.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at 98game is credited automatically when you make your first PKR deposit. The bonus amount matches the percentage stated in the current promotion. The bonus funds are added on top of your deposit and are subject to wagering requirements – meaning you must bet through the combined deposit and bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. A wagering requirement (also called rollover) means you must wager the bonus amount – or the deposit plus bonus amount – a set number of times before withdrawing. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering – slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute less. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.

Most 98game bonuses have a validity period of 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. The specific time limit is stated in the bonus terms for each individual offer. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the validity period, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings attributed to that bonus are forfeited. The validity period for each active bonus is visible in your Account Settings under "Active Bonuses".

Yes. There is no obligation to accept any bonus at 98game. When making a deposit, you will see the available bonus offer with an "Accept" button. Simply leave it unchecked or choose "No Bonus" to make a clean deposit without any bonus attached. This is a sensible choice if you want to withdraw freely without completing wagering requirements first.

Aviator is a crash-style game where a multiplier climbs from 1x upwards at the start of each round. You place a bet before the round begins and cash out at any multiplier of your choice while the plane is still flying. If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the number displayed.
