Terms and Conditions – 98game Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings described below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the document more clearly.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

5Deposits

6Withdrawals

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Maximum Bet With Bonus Funds

When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum stake per bet or spin is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets placed above this limit using bonus funds may be voided, and any associated winnings may be removed from the account.

8Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on 98game across casino games, sports betting, live casino, the Aviator game and esports betting.

8.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on 98game are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by physical game processes conducted by dealers in professional studios. Game results are final once a round is complete. 98game does not alter, reverse or adjust game outcomes except in the event of a verified technical error.

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, 98game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This applies to both casino games and sports betting. 98game will not honour payouts resulting from a clear technical error, software fault, or system misconfiguration regardless of the displayed outcome.

8.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• Bets are accepted only before an event begins, or during live in-play periods where in-play betting is explicitly offered.
• 98game reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any point during an event without prior notice.
• Results are settled based on official competition results. In the case of disputed results, 98game will await official confirmation before settling bets.
• Palpable errors in odds (odds that are clearly and obviously incorrect due to a data or input error) will be voided. Stakes will be returned to players.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98game. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, bonus funds and any winnings), and may result in 98game reporting the activity to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and collusion – any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, or defraud 98game through dishonest means.
• Bonus abuse – creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in ways designed specifically to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play, or exploiting identified errors in bonus calculations.
• Money laundering – using 98game for any purpose related to money laundering, the movement of illicit funds, or any other financial crime. All suspicious activity is reported in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Underage gambling – any attempt by a person under 18 to register or use 98game, or any attempt by an adult to facilitate underage access.
• Use of automated software – using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any systematic advantage not available to regular players.
• Chargebacks – initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting on 98game. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and result in immediate account closure and legal referral where necessary.

10Responsible Gaming

11Account Suspension and Closure

98game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

11.1 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or rule violation, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used PKR payment method within 10 business days, subject to KYC verification. Accounts closed due to fraud or breach of these terms will have all funds forfeited.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 98game account at any time by contacting support@98game.biz. Your real-money balance will be returned to you within 5 business days, provided no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 98game platform – including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software – is the intellectual property of 98game or its licensed partners. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, display or otherwise use any 98game content without express written permission from 98game.

13Limitation of Liability

98game's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
